Spiced Cider Brussels

These little gems pack a ton a flavor, local wildflower honey, Gravenstein apple cider vinegar, arbol chile, mustard seed & fresh thyme.  The inspiration for this recipe comes from Fall seasonal ingredients, and a vinaigrette recipe I have been making for a long time in many different variations.  This is an “eat it right from the jar” pickle
