Chef Bruce Kalman arrived on the Los Angeles scene by way of Chicago, Santa Fe, and Phoenix. In his journey, he received a rare and amazing James Beard nomination for Rising Star Chef – Midwest.  After opening The Misfit in Santa Monica to much success and subsequently garnering press for The Churchill for his market-driven seasonal menu, he won on “Chopped!” this past April by expertly making use of a lamb’s head. Chef Bruce is debuting a new line of artisan pickled farm fresh products and kindly took some time to chat with us!
