Spicy Bloody Mary Asparagus

Deliciously, locally harvested asparagus, flavored with freshly grated horseradish, Di Napoli San Marzano tomato, fresh chiles and celery, and Sparrow Lane vinegar.

Best eaten with two fingers, and it pairs well with a Bloody Mary mixed with some of the brine!
